The legal counsel of the heirs, Taufik H. Nasution, SH, MH, M.Kes, has urged the Bogor Police to take firm action regarding the alleged land grabbing, intimidation, vandalism, and unauthorized vehicle parking in the yard of his client’s residence in Ciangsana Village, Gunung Putri District, Bogor Regency.
The case has been officially reported under Police Report Number: LP/B/31/I/2026/SPKT/Polres Bogor/Polda West Java, thereby providing a clear legal basis for immediate follow-up action.
“The report has been officially registered. We request the police to act immediately. There must be no inaction. The law must be enforced to protect the rights and safety of the heirs,” Taufik emphasized.
